The Boston Celtics were looking for some revenge on Saturday night as they traveled to San Francisco to face off against the Golden State Warriors. After losing a heartbreaking NBA Finals loss to the Warriors last season, the Celtics were motivated to get a win. Unfortunately, the Warriors had other plans, as they pulled away in the third quarter to defeat the Celtics 123-107.

Klay Thompson led the way for the Warriors with 34 points and 5 rebounds, while Steph Curry added 32 points and 5 rebounds. Jaylen Brown had a solid night for the Celtics, scoring 31 points and 9 rebounds, but it wasn’t enough to keep them in the game.
Warriors are now 8th in the Western Conference, while the Celtics remain 1st in the Eastern Conference. This loss is a tough one for the Celtics, but they’ll have to quickly put it behind them as they look ahead to their next game. Warriors were just too much for the Celtics and were able to get the win. It was an impressive performance from both teams, but in the end, the Warriors were the ones who came out on top.
