Tottenham have signed Manor Solomon on a free transfer after a successful loan spell at Fulham.

Manor Solomon has officially joined Tottenham ahead of the 2023–24 Premier League season. The Israeli winger joins the group as its fourth summer acquisition.

James Maddison, Dejan Kulusevski, and Solomon are the latest players to commit to a long-term contract at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The 23-year-old, who spent the previous campaign on loan at Fulham, joins the club in north London for no fee.

Solomon did have a contract with Shakhtar Donetsk through the end of this year, but FIFA permitted all foreign players in Ukraine the opportunity to suspend their own contracts during the country’s crisis, a suspension that lasts through the player’s contract’s expiration date.

Solomon’s free transfer increases Postecoglou’s offensive options for the upcoming campaign. The player will fight with players like Son Heung-min, Richarlison, Kulusevski, and Bryan Gil for playing time out wide.

The player primarily operates from the left wing but can also play on the other flank and as an attacking midfielder. Solomon has a lot of experience under his belt after spending a season in the Premier League and having previously played in both the Champions League and Europa League.

He is skilled at taking men on and can cut in from the left and use his right foot. Injury may have limited the winger’s playing time during the first half of the previous season at Fulham, but he still made headlines.
