The Denver Nuggets are the first team to make it to the NBA Conference Finals.

The Phoenix Suns’ season came to an end at home in an elimination game in the Western Conference playoffs for the second year in a row.

On Thursday night at the Footprint Center, the Suns were thoroughly defeated by the Nuggets in Game 6 of their NBA Playoffs series, dropping the postseason series 4-2.

In Game 7 of the NBA Playoffs’ second round, Phoenix suffered a humiliating loss to the Dallas Mavericks.

The Nuggets led the Suns by 30 points at the half and as much as 32 points during the contest.

The Nuggets also received 26 points from Jamal Murray and 21 points from Kentavious Caldwell-Pope. Nikola Jokic led the team with 32 points, 12 assists, and 10 rebounds.

The Denver Nuggets defeated the depleted Phoenix Suns 125-100 in Game 6 on Thursday night to move to the Western Conference finals for the first time since 2020 thanks to Nikola Jokic’s 32 points and another triple-double.

Denver’s series victory came two seasons after the Suns humiliated the Nuggets in a second-round playoff sweep. For the second consecutive season, it was the Suns who were thoroughly beaten at home to end the campaign.

Phoenix acquired Kevin Durant in February with the hopes that he would help the team win an NBA championship, but they have already fallen short and their season is gone.
