Manchester United Boost Forward Line with Loan Signing of Wout Weghorst..

Manchester United have added to their attacking options with the loan signing of Burnley striker Wout Weghorst. The Dutchman has left Besiktas to join the Red Devils on a short-term basis and provide Erik ten hag’s side with a different type of forward as they push for a top-four finish. The towering marksman also impressed at last year’s World Cup, coming off the bench to net a dramatic brace and force Netherlands’ quarter-final tie with Argentina to extra time. Weghorst will provide backup to first-choice United forward Anthony Martial and hope to make an immediate impact at Old Trafford. The loan signing looks to be a wise move by United and could prove to be a key player as they battle for a top-four finish. The signing of Weghorst is an intelligent one for United. The 6’4″ striker brings a different dimension to the forward line and could be the perfect foil for Martial.
