a showpiece that has drawn top guns together.

KCB’s action will kick off on Monday, the 2nd as they tackle Kenyan prisons before locking horns with detectives DCI on Tuesday and wrapping up the season with a pulsating encounter against their nemesis, Kenya Pipeline, on Wednesday afternoon.

Commenting on the playoffs during a training session at the Kasarani Indoor Arena, KCB Head Coach Japheth Munala said:
“I am ready for the playoffs as we have had enough time to prepare for it. We started training here on Monday, and I cannot wait to see the girls go out there on the big stage to clinch this trophy that has eluded us for the past 15 years. We will give you the opportunity to young players to express themselves on this stage.”

The gaffer, who guided KCB to continental glory in 2022, is expected to name his squad later today before the team reports for its camp at the Kasarani Sports View Hotel tomorrow morning.
Kwanzanze High School star Marlene Terry, who recently joined the Munala-led charges, is likely to make her debut for her new team in next week’s fixtures as she is currently training with the team.
