Faith Kipyegon does it again!!

Ciara Mageean of Ireland finished second in a Personal Best and National Record time of 4:14.58, with Ethiopia’s Freweyni Hailu rounding out the podium in 4:14.79.

Since the start of the season, the two-time World champion has been in top form. She began her track season with a world-leading time of 3:58.57 at the Diamond League Meeting in Doha, Qatar.

Kipyegon then traveled to Florence, Italy, where she achieved a world record time of 3:49.11 in the 1500m before breaking the 5000m record in Paris the following week.

Fireworks are undoubtedly expected as she prepares to compete in the World Championships in Budapest, Hungary.

Meanwhile, Commonwealth Games champion Wycliffe Kinyamal set a world record in the Diamond League Meeting in Monaco.
