Boston Celtics keep on chugging, winning their 7th game in a row by defeating the Oklahoma City Thunder 126-122. The win didn’t come easy, as the Celtics were down by 7 at halftime and by 3 heading into the 4th quarter. But they outscored the Thunder 37-26 in the final frame to get the victory. Jayson Tatum led the charge for the Celtics, scoring 27 points, while Jaylen Brown added 26. Marcus Smart also chipped in with 22 points.

Derrick White came off the bench to score 16 points for the Celtics, while Payton Pritchard contributed 10 points as a backup. Thunder put up a brave fight, but ultimately they were no match for the Celtics.

Thunder were led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who scored 37 points, 4 rebounds, and 8 assists. Luguentz Dort also had a good game, scoring 21 points. Aleksej Pokusevski chipped in with 16 points and 14 rebounds. It was a total team effort for the Celtics, who continue to impress with their play. They will look to extend their winning to 8 games when they take on the Atlanta Hawks on Thursday.

With the win, Celtics moved to the top of the Eastern Conference, as the Milwaukee Bucks lost 121-106 to the Atlanta. Thunder, meanwhile, are struggling and they are currently in 10th place in the Western Conference. They will need to turn things around quickly if they are to make the playoffs.
